Austria Finmin Says Expects Swiss Franc To Weaken In Longer Term - Yahoo Finance

Wealthy Austria, which banned many foreign currency loans in 2008, has been less affected by the Swiss currency move. But the removal of the cap means more costly debt servicing for some 151,000 households who hold a total 29 billion euros ($32.5 billion) in Swiss franc-denominated loans. "For Austrians who have loans in francs this means they have around 20 to 25 percent more debt," the Oesterreich newspaper quoted Finance Minister Hans Joerg Schelling as saying. "I don't stock market think that the franc will stay this high in the long term because Switzerland can't afford it. Exports get too expensive and tourism will drop," Schelling said. He did not say how he expected Switzerland to stocks rein in its [source] currency. "We are ending a century-old practice of dumping in the marine park," he said, referring to waste created by enlarging shipping channels, berths and marinas. While the thermometer has been approaching 50 the last two days, its a safe bet that your gym, or preferred place of exercise, is a lot warmer. The study was a joint effort by Englands University of Birmingham and the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. In order to find out if ambient temperature affected appetite and eating habits after a workout, researchers gathered a group of overweight men and women, and had them walk on a treadmill. First, the group walked at a moderate pace for 45 minutes in a room that was set at 68 degrees. Then, they had the group repeat everything pace, time, clothing and dropped the temperature down to 46 degrees. The humidity in the room was set at 40 percent both times. After the group was done walking, researchers had each person sit for 45 minutes as blood was drawn to check for appetite hormones.
